Malangani Mahama is a man on a mission.
He is making his case before the assembly of traditional chiefs, to challenge the beliefs of many of the elders of his village in Niger.
The village is one of about ten villages where a number of families refused to immunize their children against polio last year. Mahama, is one of 2,400 religious leaders who have been trained to change these families views, ahead of an extensive new polio campaign to take place in eight West African countries.
