Why: UNICEF, FCB and Fundació Futbol Club Barcelona (FFCB) will join forces to work together on behalf of orphans and vulnerable children, in particular those affected by HIV/AIDS. The legendary sports club has long been known as “more than a club,” active in numerous social causes through its philanthropic foundation. The new global alliance with UNICEF, the world’s leading agency working on behalf of children, will mark a five-year commitment to extending the club and its foundation’s work on behalf of children.
