UNICEF Mali aims to ensure the technical leadership of knowledge for children and women in Mali that will contribute to:
- improve the strategic planning;
- influence national child sensitive policies and budgeting;
- leverage resources and partnerships for scaling up high impact of interventions;
- strengthen the evidence-based communication for social change and behaviour change to accelerate progress for children;
- develop innovative approach for Youth HIV/Aids.
This cross cutting component is linked to MTSP FA5. An innovative vision has been introduced to the 2008-2012 cycle of CP and high competencies have been appointed to ensure effective implementation.
