Leo Burnett was founded in Malaysia in 1964. Together with Arc Worldwide, which offers integrated marketing communications services, LB today has a diverse portfolio of clients and has also worked on public education campaigns, such as Earth Hour (with World Wildlife Fund). UNICEF Malaysia is collaborating with LB to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child through the 'Tune in to Me' campaign to encourage the public to be champions for children in their everyday lives, and to promote the child's right to be heard.

TBWA is one of the top ten US-based agency networks with expertise in positioning, launching and long-term management of brands. In Malaysia, TBWA/Tequila supported UNICEF and Pos Malaysia to produce a series of stamps to mark the 20th anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
