Count Every Child - A State Responsibility
A high-Level panel discussion will take place at UN Headquarters in New York on Wednesday, 7 November, on the importance of every child being registered at birth.

The panel will discuss the importance of making sure that every child is counted and counts through registration at birth. Some 50 million new-born children go unregistered every year despite registration being an essential human right.
