News Digest, June-July 2009. Developing Self Governance SystemIn July 2009 with UNICEF conceptual and financial support, the National Agency of Self Governance under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic started developing the Concept on Self Governance Development till 2020. A group of expert is working in regions to ensure a participatory and inclusive process. It is expected that a draft document will be presented to stakeholders for their comments in September 2009.
