News Digest, June-July, 2009. Reducing the Stigma and Discrimination Against Children and Families Infected or Afected by HIVOn 24-25 June 2009, UNICEF supported workshop in Osh brought together the main actors involved in helping children and mothers affected by HIV. It laid the groundwork for developing a strategy on reducing the stigma and discrimination associated with HIV and will be further developed and implemented with support of UNICEF and other international organizations.
