1. Ensure that children's and women's issues continue to be given high priority in public discussions and policy dialogue

Indicators of programme success:

 A national plan of action for children endorsed by the Government.

 Number of national and sub-national forums dedicated to issues identified in the World Fit for Children Document.

Project One: National Movement for Children
Ensure the existence of mechanisms & channels informing decision-makers & opinion leaders about key priority issues for children & women with a focus on issues requiring policy development & legislative change in relation to the (UNSSC) follow-up.
