UNICEF is funded entirely by voluntary contributions. While we receive some resources from governments, we also receive considerable help from caring individuals like you who support our work for women and children.

UNICEF Tele-fundraising Programme - NEW!

From July 2010, UNICEF can receive donations via telephone, or telefundraising,  so we can improve our service and ensure that giving to the children of Indonesia is made as easy as possible for you, our supporters.

When you are contacted by phone, you may donate directly to UNICEF simply by just stating the amount intended and confirming the type of payment. All conversations between you and the telefundraisers will be recorded so it is safe and accountable. This type of fundraising saves money and time in terms of administration for you and UNICEF.

UNICEF has engaged an Indonesian telemarketing company, KPSG, to help with telefundraising. UNICEF's telefundraisers will contact you only from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please verify all telephone numbers related to UNICEF's telefundraising drive as below:

Phone : 021 2996 3400 *

Mobile Phone: 0857 15 21 0730 *

Fax: (62 21) 527 32 60

* These are for outbound call only, not valid for inbound calls. If you have any questions after the telefundraisers' call, please contact us by phone : (62 21) 2996 8000 (hunting) or (62 21) 2996 8111 or (62 21) 2996 8222. You can also fax us at (62 21) 571 1215 or email us at jakarta@unicef.org.

UNICEF Indonesia Direct Mail Fundraising Appeal
UNICEF encourages individuals to become UNICEF donors through its Direct Mail Fundraising Appeal. UNICEF collaborates with companies such as BCA, Indosat, Citibank, Commonwealth Life and HSBC, in sending co-branded direct mail to the companies' members.

UNICEF Indonesia Global Parent Programme
Through this initiative, you are not sponsoring just one child - your generosity reaches out to every child in need across Indonesia. As a UNICEF Indonesia Global Parent, your monthly donations are used wherever the need to protect children is greatest and where children most need our help. You can read more about the type of work that UNICEF supports on this website - but in short, our aim is to ensure that your gift goes a long way, by helping developing long-lasting, effective programmes with national and local partners that will change not just the lives of today's children but those of the next generation as well.

UNICEF Indonesia Direct Debit Donor Programme (DDDP)
This is our face to face donor programme that encourages individuals to make monthly donations to support women and children through UNICEF, using a professional direct debit system and your credit card. There are no sales or cash collections involved. Interested individuals fill in a form with their data and credit card details, and we'll do the rest to help you to help children.

UNICEF has engaged an international marketing company, PT APPCO Direct and its partner SG Support to help look after these donations - and our donors. Their specially trained representatives are on hand to meet potential donors in office buildings, malls and exhibition venues. They can be easily identified with their UNICEF T-shirts and identity cards. They also have information about UNICEF's work to share with you.

In return for your regular contribution, we will make sure you are kept up to date with information about UNICEF's current work in Indonesia and around the world, through a special newsletter. You can also contact us at any time if you have questions about your donation, or the work we are supporting. Above you, you will know that your regular gift is helping to change the lives of mothers and children, every day, every week, every month.
