Creating Learning Communities for ChildrenCLCC aims to raise the quality of education through developing a transparent and accountable school-based management, increasing community support and participation as well as encouraging active, joyful and effective learning. The program itself has already been running for several years and has experienced success in mobilising schools and communities to raise the quality of education.
