This booklet is an overview of UNICEF's Medium-term strategic plan for the period 2002-2005. UNICEF is organizing its programmes, partnerships, alliances, advocacy work and internal operations around five organizational priorities — girls' education, integrated early childhood development, immunization 'plus', fighting HIV/AIDS, and protecting children from violence, abuse, exploitation and discrimination.
