Frais administratifs sur services d'achat
Les frais de traitement sont facturés afin de défrayer les coûts directs et indirect additionnels que l'UNICEF engage en fournissant ces services.
Les frais sont établis sur la base du débit total annuel projeté pour un groupe de marchandises. Cependant, quand le débit pour un partenire spécifique prévoit d'excéder 100 millions de de dollars É.-U. par an, et-ou quand un accord de plusieurs années est établi, des frais spéciaux peuvent être appliqués.

The fee takes into account the joint work that may be done with other UN agencies. The specific handling fee charged depends on the volume of procurement and the amount of collaboration/joint activities. |

Vaccines |
The handling fees are paid as a fixed upfront payment for each of the current three multi-year agreements. The percentage represents the annual fee as a percentage of the annual projected procurement, cumulated for all agreements. |

Antimalarials (ACT), LLINs, and HIV- related commodities |
Depending on the project an additional lump sum between 0 and 2% is added to the variable 3% fee based on the projected procurement volume. |
