Déficits de financement

Les pays de l’Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques (OCDE) se sont engagés à faire passer à 0,7 pour cent de leur revenu national brut (RNB) l’aide publique au développement (APD) qu’ils apportent aux pays en développement. Ils se sont engagés également à consacrer entre 0,15 et 0,20 pour cent de leur RNB à l’aide aux pays les moins avancés.
