L'UNICEF en action au Darfour

Fatima, a 9-year old Sudanese refugee: one of the many 110,000 Sudanese refugees now benefiting from UNICEF support in the remote eastern region of Chad after fleeing attacks on villages in Sudan.

Action

L'UNICEF apporte actuellement, au Tchad, un soutien aux réfugiés soudanais ainsi qu'aux communautés locales tchadiennes. Ce soutien comprend notamment les actions suivantes : distribution de couvertures ; campagnes de vaccination contre la rougeole et d'administration de vitamine A ; fourniture de "valises-écoles", de livres scolaires en arabe, provenant de l'UNICEF au Soudan, en appui des activités éducatives ; de matériel scolaire de base ; distribution de trousses pour l'eau, destinées aux familles ; de trousses pour l'accouchement; de lait thérapeutique ; formation en matière d'hygiène ; suivi des enfants séparés ; activités dans le domaine de l'eau et de l'assainissement ; et apport de matériel récréatif destiné aux jeux.
