Advanced university degree in one or more of the disciplines relevant to the following areas: Early Childhood Development and Education.
Some demonstrative capacity to identify and monitor inequalities in terms of ECD access, including from gender and other perspectives.
Eight years of progressively professional work experience at national and international levels in fields relevant to ECD programming. Experience working in the UN or other international development organization an asset.
Fluency in English and preferably a second UN language.
