University degree in education combined with a degree or professional work experience in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations; or equivalent professional work experience in the communication area.
Two to three years relevant professional work experience in communication, print and broadcast media or interactive digital media reporting on social or educational issues at either the national or international level.
Fluency in English and Mandarin essential
