Consultancy Assignment: Communication for Development in Peacebuilding Programmes

UNICEF, the world's leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a Consultant to undertake a global mapping of the use of communication for peacebuilding, ensuring that gender, disability and participation issues are specifically examined.

Qualification:

. Advanced University degree in social sciences, organisational management and/or C4D.
. At least 18 to 20 years of solid and progressively responsible professional work experience at the national and international levels with experience in C4D and its application across sectors
. Knowledge and experience of the human rights-based approach to programming and of peacebuilding efforts globally is a strong asset.
. Strong research and analytical skills
. Excellent writing skills in English language
