Immunization Specialist, L-3, Port-au-Prince, Haiti

If you are a passionate and committed professional and want to make a lasting difference for children, the world's leading children's rights organization would like to hear from you. UNICEF seeks an Immunization Specialist to be based in its Port-au-Prince office, Haiti.

Under the general guidance of the Chief, Health, you will be responsible for the development, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Immunization component of the Health/Nutrition programme.

Your profile:
Advanced university degree in public health, social sciences or a related technical field with a specialized in public health.
Five years progressively responsible professional work experience at the national and international level in programme planning, management, monitoring and evaluation in a related field.
Knowledge of the latest developments and technology in related fields.
Analytical, negotiating, communication and advocacy skills.
Supervisory and managerial skills.
Leadership and teamwork abilities.
Computer skills, including internet navigation, and various office applications.
Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment, and establish harmonious and effective working relationships, both within and outside the organization.
Fluency in English and French required. Knowledge of Spanish and local working language of the duty station an asset.
