Target: Halve, between 1990 and 2015, the proportion of people who suffer from hunger
Undernutrition, as measured by underweight prevalence among under-fives in developing countries, has declined in all developing regions since 1990.
However, disparities in underweight prevalence continue to persist in the developing world, with South Asia having the highest underweight prevalence at 42 per cent.
