Evaluation of the UNICEF’s response to the 2014-2015 Ebola outbreak in West Africa

UNICEF Evaluation Office (New York) plans to commission a global evaluation of UNICEF’s response to the 2014-15 Ebola outbreak in West Africa.  This message serves as an invitation to eligible institutions (consulting firms, research institutes, universities, or vendors with similar capacities) to submit a full bid (technical and financial proposals) in response to the attached documents.  For additional details and conditions, please refer to the request for proposal for services for the evaluation of UNICEF’s response to the 2014-2015 Ebola outbreak in West Africa (RFPS-USA-2015-502087), and associated terms of reference (ToRs), provided below. 

 

The deadline for submitting the RFP has been extended to 8th September 2015.  Both the technical and financial proposals are to be submitted as indicated in Section 1.6 of the RFPS (page 6-7), no later than 08 September 2015, 16:00 pm New York time.  

 

The bids will be opened on 09 September 2015 at 10:30 am New York time. The anticipated date for the award is mid October 2015, while the evaluation is to be executed from end October 2015 to April 2016.

Please be informed that answers to questions that are of common interest to other bidders will be shared with all potential bidders (those who would have communicated their intention to bid).
