We would like to invite you to submit a full bid (technical and financial proposals) in response to the UNICEF Request for Proposal for Services (RFPS-USA-2013-501621): Evaluability Assessment of the Peacebuilding, Education and Advocacy Programme (PBEA), and terms of reference (ToR).

Please be mindful that the technical and financial proposals are to be sent by email, dispatched in separate emails, for the attention of Geeta Dey at: evalofficeapplications@unicef.org, no later than 01 April 2013, 23:59 pm New York time.  The bids will be opened on 02 April.

The anticipated date for the award is 15 April 2013, while the EA is to be executed in mid-April through July, 2013.

Please confirm receipt of this email, and your intention to bid (or not to bid) by 20 March 2013 as indicated in Section A6 of the RFPS.

Any requests for information/clarification (but NOT for sending proposals) may be sent to kletshabo@unicef.org, but no later than 25 March 2013.
