One year has passed since the launch of the UNICEF HIV/AIDS Global Campaign and much has been accomplished within the East Asia and Pacific region. Most governments here have embraced the campaign and many have embarked on the hard work of turning words into action.

To take stock of the first year progress and gauge ongoing priorities towards fulfilling the targets in the ‘Four Ps’ priority areas, UNICEF’s East Asia and the Pacific Regional Office (EAPRO) sent an assessing questionnaire to its 14 country offices with queries on funding, partnerships and the expansion of programmes. The Four Ps and targets entail:
