The celebrity statements form the basis of a point-of-sale promotion for the Original Meisterstück 149 fountain pen in a specialised Art Pack. The Art Packs, designed by leading artists and packaged as a Limited Edition of the Original Meisterstück 149, are for retail sale in Montblanc’s boutiques. Through a point-of-sale promotional campaign, Montblanc has developed a campaign against illiteracy, encouraging consumers throughout the world to support UNICEF and a child's right to learn to read and write.

Montblanc has committed support to UNICEF for three- to five-years by creating a new fundraising concept each year.
