联合国儿童基金会支持能确保儿童权利受到保护的法律框架的发展和实施。作为营造对儿童权利的保护环境的主要力量，联合国儿童基金会与政府部门一起，确保该法律框架能够建立并实现对儿童权利的保护。为解决以下所列问题提供的国际法规代表了各国政府对儿童保护的承诺。

请注意以上所列各问题的法律标准并非详尽。除了在童婚和女性生殖器割礼问题中包括了有关非洲人权法规外，其它标准没有包括区域法规。有关区域法规和国家法规，请参考区域和国家人权条约机构所制定的相关法律法规。
