Call for applications: Film workshop for Roma children & teenagers in Bulgaria

Participants at the 2005 OneMinutesJr workshop for Roma children in Targu Mures, Romania

UNICEF, the European Cultural Foundation (ECF) and the Sandberg Institute invite Roma children and teenagers (aged 12-20) to apply for a OneMinutesJr workshop in Montana, Bulgaria, from April 3-7, 2006.

The workshop is organized for young Roma from Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Serbia-Montenegro, Kosovo and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. It will last 5 days and 20 youngsters will participate.

The workshop is a follow-up to the first Roma OneMinutesJr workshop in Targu Mures, Romania, in 2004. One of the participants, Tatiana Panait from Romania, even won the 2004 OneMinutesJr award with her film "Sleeping in the orphanage".
