OneMinutesJr on HIV and AIDS
The OneMinutesJr video format is the quintessential cool tool for children and young people to express themselves in a disciplined, artistic way in 60 seconds on issues that affect their lives. UNICEF partners with the European Cultural Foundation and the Sandberg Institute (both in Amsterdam) to work with children and young people in this enterprise. We jointly organize local and regional workshops - recently the initiative spread to Latin America, where The Americas & Caribbean Regional Office (TACRO) of UNICEF launched the project "Un minuto por mis derechos". Here you have a series of five OneMinutesJr on HIV/AIDS from our region (CEE/CIS). They range from the dark and menacing to the hilarious. Enjoy them. Understand them for what they are. Watch the video "Bad disease" by Ayzada Karybekova (16) from Kyrgyzstan Watch the video "Rejected" by Turan Jafarova (19) from Azerbaijan Watch the video "This life..." by Stoice Stamenkovski (17) from the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia
