The Regional Network for Children
The Regional Network for Children (RNC) is the CEE/CIS regional branch of the NGO/UNICEF Committee for Children. There are nine regional networks of the kind, each of which appoints a representative to the Global Forum which meets annually and has observatory status at the UN.

Set up in its present guise in Sarajevo 2002, the RNC is a network of NGOs working in the field of children's rights, designed to facilitate information flows, exchange of ideas and best practice. A strong regional network provides RNC members with a more effective voice on issues that affect children. The RNC currently has a regional campaign entitled Leave No Child Out.

The EC funds a project related to the Leave No Child Out campaign  - the Leave No Child Out project. It aims to strenghten child rights advocacy among member NGOs and, through a series of cascading trainings, to galavanise civil society to play its part in ensuring governments deliver on solemn commitments made to children.
