The Royal Government of Cambodia has been UNICEF's longest partner. UNICEF works in close collaboration with all levels of government, from national to village level, to catalyze positive social change. Our approach emphasizes capacity building for government workers to lead the way in improving the situation for women and children in Cambodia. UNICEF works in particular with the following government agencies: Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport Ministry of Justice Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation The National Committee for Sub-National Democratic Development (NCDD)
