Speak Up!

Youth radio

More young people in Cambodia are finding ways to speak up, speak out and have their voices heard. Radio is one way young people network with each other, share their experiences, and brainstorm solutions to every day problems ranging from peer pressure to use drugs and alcohol to teen pregnancy issues.

UNICEF supports Equal Access' "We Can Do It" radio talk programme that gives young people a platform to discuss and debate issues that directly affect them. The programme hinges on youth listening groups throughout the country where young people gather to listen together, to talk, to connect.
