Experience the new animated ‘Jam’ that challenges the world to invest in children and share its vision with your audiences.
A mother and father dream of a healthy future for their child. A small girl drinks from a new water pump. Another finds her eyes, her ears and her mouth through attending school. These are just some of the remarkable sequences from a new 12-minute animation ‘Jam’ created by 14 of the world’s best animators. The ‘Jam’ challenges the world to invest in children and to protect their rights, and we invite you to share its vision with your audiences. Designed for viewers of all ages, the ‘Jam’ depicts many of the major challenges faced by children around the world. Each of the 14 studios has produced a different segment, presenting crucial issues, such as health, nutrition, girls’ education, disability and HIV/AIDS, from a child’s point of view. The film combines a range of unique perspectives under the overarching theme of child growth and development.
UNICEF is requesting that broadcasters air the ‘Jam’ to mark the first day of the Special Session. Each of the participating studios has contributed its time, talent and resources to celebrate childhood and to show why children everywhere have the right to grow up to be healthy, educated and responsible adults in the global community. So ‘Spread the Jam’ and join us in the Global Movement for Children! |
