Component 3 - Analysis of the social protection and inclusion systemAnalysis of the social protection and inclusion system will ensure that all the strategies and action plans are in accordance with the integrated approach. A particular attention shall be paid to the rights of vulnerable and marginalized children and families and their full inclusion into the socio-economic reform processes. The program shall provide that the system of social protection links together the following: economic development goals, social inclusion and poverty reduction.
