Component 1 – Institutionalization of programsThe goal of this component is to establish a structure for the implementation of the project at the level of entire state, taking into consideration regional and administrative specificities, which will ensure an active participation of civil servants, institutions and civil society at all levels. All of them will act together to ensure the best inclusion of every child with the system of social protection, as well as the durability of achieved solutions, keeping in mind a broader context of socio-economic reforms. The servants and the officials involved in the sphere of social protection, security and child and family inclusion will accept an increased responsibility to upgrade the system in accordance with international and national laws and human rights precepts. Expected outcome: Governmental institutions have established a managerial structure of the project, and they manage the development of the system of social protection and inclusion. Activities:
