This area is in the jurisdiction of the entities, cantons and Brcko District. The implementation of laws in this area occurs through centers for social work and social care institutions. The relevant laws established the rights and various forms of social, child and family care, which are based on the principles of human rights, and focused on certain categories of children in social need.
