The staff of UNICEF in Bosnia and Herzegovina expressed deep regret and paid tribute to the popular Macedonian singer and UNICEF National Goodwill Ambassador Tose Proeski, who tragically died yesterday. In Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2003 he participated in a music workshop with young people as part of the “Right to Know” public information campaign. Using his charisma and popularity, Tose Proeski assisted UNICEF to reach out to adolescents promoting young people's health, development and participation throughout the region.  “Our staff remember him for his warmth and dedication to ensuring that all young people have a chance to receive the information and develop the skills necessary to live healthy lifestyles”, said June Kunugi, UNICEF Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
