Institutional Consultancy - Study: Measuring effects of preschool education and care on children’s development
Request for Proposals 010/2013 (re-advertisement)
Within the comprehensive project “Increasing Early Learning Opportunities for Children in BiH”, a study will be conducted to measure the impact of preschool education and care on children’s development in four developmental areas: cognitive, language, physical, and socio- emotional.

Potential bidders should submit bidding documentation consisting of:
1. Cover letter confirming that the Applicant understands the ToR and its readiness to employ its resources to support the achievement of outlined objectives and deliverables
Proposals and budgets should be submitted in English language. The proposals must be mailed to UNICEF, Zmaja od Bosne bb, and delivered in two separate sealed envelopes (one containing the technical proposal printed out and saved on CD and the other with the financial proposal only) by 12:00h noon, on July 26, 2013, with the remark: Proposals no. 010/2013 for the Technical Assistance for Study: Measuring effects of preschool education and care on children’s development- Readvertisement. The FINANCIAL OFFER should be presented in convertible marks (BAM) and without VAT.
Please note that the technical offer should not have any data on budget, i.e. financial aspect of offer (this should be exclusively stated in the financial offer).
All bidders are invited for public opening of the bids on July 29, 2013 at 12:00h in UNICEF premises. In accordance with UNICEF Rules and Regulations the award and the reasons for making the award are UNICEF's internal decision and no information about other bidders or their bids must not be divulged.
The invitation for submission of proposals does not obligate signing of the contract with bidders, nor does it assume the obligation to pay the costs of preparing the bids.
