Administrative Support Services – Individual Contractors – 2 positions


UNICEF Office for Bosnia and Herzegovina is seeking enthusiastic and qualified candidates for:

Administrative Support Services – Individual Contractors – 2 positions

Individual contractors will be engaged to provide temporary administrative support to the UNICEF B&H Country office, on full time basis, starting May 2013.

Key tasks:

• Supporting UNICEF Programmes (scheduling and organizing meetings, field visits and conferences, logistical support to programme activities, clerical support to procurement activities, etc)

• Supporting UNICEF Operations (clerical support to finance, administration and human resources management)


Individual contractors shall work under the guidance and supervision of UNICEF Programme Assistant for Programme related duties and Administrative & HR Assistant for Operations related duties.

Essential Requirements, Qualifications and Experience:

• Completion of secondary education, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses in a field related to administration
• Five years of progressively responsible administrative/clerical work, of which at least one year was closely related to support of programme/project activities
• Fluency in English and BiH official languages
• Relevant experience in international organization is an asset
• Working knowledge of SAP is an asset
