National Guidelines for the Management of the Severely Malnourished Children in Bangladesh
Based on WHO global guidelines and contextualized, where necessary, to Bangladesh, these National Guidelines were developed, targeting the doctors, senior nurses and other senior health professionals responsible for the therapeutic care of severely malnourished children in health facilities. The guidelines provide a structured approach to the facility-based inpatient care of severely malnurished childrne in ten essential steps, seeking to promote the best available therapy to reduce the risk of death and facilitate full recovery.
