National Strategy for Infant and Young Child Feeding in Bangladesh
Based on evidence of interventions with proven positive impact, this national strategy identifies comprehensive actions necessary to improve legislation, policies and standards to ensure optimum infant and young child feeding practices and strengthen the capacity of health services and communities to protect, promote and support the nutritional needs of the infants and young children. It also sets out the duties of critical partners - government, international organizations, NGOs and others – to ensure that the necessary collective actions are taken. Related links:
