الدول الأعضاء

وشُجعّت جميع الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة ، وعلى أعلى مستوى تمثيل ممكن، مخاطبة الجلسة التذكارية العامة الرفيعة المستوى للجمعية العامة. كذلك ويحث القرار الدول الأعضاء على اشراك الأطفال في وفودهم المشاركة في الاجتماع.

كذلك تود اليونيسف ان تقترح على الدول الأعضاء الأخذ في الأعتبار ضم الأطفال ممن سبق ان شاركوا في الدورة الإستثنائية المعنية بالطفل في عام 2002 ضمن وفودهم المشاركة في الجلسة التذكارية.

وتتشرف بدعوة وفود الأطفال/اليافعين للمشاركة في منتدى الأطفال (في التاسع والعاشر من كانون اول/ ديسمبر2007).
