HIV/AIDSUNICEF and International Humanitarian Assistance (IHA) have worked together to train teachers throughout Albania to teach community and family values, reproductive health, prevention of HIV/AIDS and other life issues. IHA is an NGO providing humanitarian assistance in emergency situations and underdeveloped areas. www.iha-info.org/ UNICEF brokered the formation of the NGO coalition on HIV/AIDS. With around 30 members, the coalition has played a crucial role in developing the national strategy on HIV/AIDS as well as advocacy, training of peer educators and providing services to people affected by HIV/AIDS.
