'Drugs: How to speak with adolescents', a pamphlet developed as part of the HIV/AIDS prevention advocacy campaign

UNICEF has supported an extensive awareness-raising campaign aimed at eliminating the stigma from HIV/AIDS and ensuring that vulnerable populations have the information they need to protect themselves. It has included the production of thousands of leaflets, posters, calendars, key rings, notepads, pens and address books incorporating messages on HIV/AIDS and drug and alcohol abuse.

These are disseminated widely through the NGO coalition on HIV/AIDS, all youth NGOS and Youth Parliament, and youth-friendly services. A total of 10,000 young Albanians and adults have received at least one basic message about HIV/AIDS prevention and condom use, and 15,000 Albanian immigrants know where to get tested for sexually transmitted infections and HIV in Greece and Italy.
