Qualification and Competencies:

1. Education:
Advanced university degree in social science, statistics, business, development planning or other related field.

2. Work Experience:
Five years of progressively responsible professional work experience at the national and international levels in monitoring and evaluation, programme management, or in a related field.

3. Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English and another UN language.

• Ability to conceptualize, plan and execute ideas as well as transfer knowledge and skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, accurate work within tight deadlines
• Good computer skills, including advanced skills in MS Excel
• Working experience with SAP is an advantage
