Consultancy assignment: Collection and review of the Child Protection Indicators of the Results Framework for the Governments of the Eastern Caribbean Area/UNICEF Multi-Country Child Protection Programme

Purpose:

UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a consultant for Collection and review of the Child Protection Indicators of the Results Framework for the Governments of the Eastern Caribbean Area/UNICEF Multi-Country Child Protection Programme

Qualifications:

a.         Experience: Minimum 7 years working in social development field and a high level of computer literacy. 
b.         Languages: Fluency in English with above average writing skills. Sample of previous similar work may be required.

Competencies:

The Consultant must demonstrate seamless familiarity with child protection and related indicators and statistics and analytical work. Familiarity with programme performance assessment frameworks, logical frameworks, results based management is required. Also required is good knowledge of the Eastern Caribbean subregion and networks within the child protection sector at national level.

A detailed curriculum vitae or background of the corporate entity in English
3.  A proposed methodology for tackling the assignment
4.  A financial proposal or expected cost, with a detailed budget (including travel if required)
