Solid experience with development of learning strategy, technical skills frameworks, skills gap analysis, scoping and review of learning initiatives required.
Excellent communication and writing skills, including full fluency of English.
Knowledge of supply chain management a strong advantage.
Experience with UNICEF, UN or NGO s, as well as humanitarian context is an advantage.
