Consultancy Assignment: Public-Sector Contribution Management Assessment

UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a Consultant to review UNICEF’s Public Alliances Resource Mobilization Office (PARMO) contribution management function, including its inter-divisional linkages, with a view to recommend substantive efficiency gains, in line with the HQ Efficiency & Effectiveness functional review initiate and PARMO’s OMP 2014-2017.

Qualification:

• Advanced Degree in Business or Public Administration
• Minimum 10 years work experience in the area of public-sector resource development, including knowledge of contribution management and related governance mechanisms, procedural processes, and performance metric
• Preferred knowledge of UN contribution management policies and procedures
• Proven analytical and conceptual skills
