Consultancy Assignment: Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for Child Protection Program

UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks an M&E Specialist for Child Protection Program.

Purpose:

Qualification:

Master’s Degree in justice, law, social sciences or other related field
Excellent M&E skills with minimum of 8 years of proven experience in program formulation, including M&E frameworks for EU funded programmes in the rule of law and justice sector
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in justice sector or other relevant discipline.
Excellent communication and analytical skills; with  proven knowledge on EU procedures, policies
Good understanding of Portuguese would be an asset
