UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a Regional advisor for Technical Assistance and Quality Assurance and Oversight of country programmes from inception to delivery, Strategic Representation and Partnerships, Knowledge Leadership with respect to children’s issues in the Region.

Qualification:

• Advanced University Degree in Social Sciences or other relevant discipline(s), preferably with a specialization in areas related to adolescents.
• Minimum twelve (12) years progressively responsible professional level experience in international development and emergencies in programme analysis, design, management, monitoring and evaluation in the area of programming for and with adolescents.
