• Master’s Degree or PhD in economics or finance with a focus on development
• Eight to ten years of experience in related field, consisting of at least 2-3 years’ experience working on social impact bonds or a related issue.
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience working with UN agencies a strong asset
