UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a Consultant for Technical Support in Conducting a Country Programme Gender Review.
Purpose:

Qualification:
Advanced university degree in social sciences, gender, international development or related fields
Knowledge and familiarity with UNICEF country programme processes and areas of work
Proven track record in developing participatory gender assessment tools and methodology
At least 10 years of experience in international development, and institutional knowledge of UN programming and strategies and understanding of UN work in developing gender equality and human rights-based programmes.
Fluent in the writing and speaking of English
