Monitoring Specialist, L-3, Amman Regional Office, Jordan

Under the supervision of the Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, you will provide support for planning and implementation of the regional monitoring, research and evaluation plan, specifically to regional trend analysis, multiple-indicator cluster surveys, data base and monitoring systems.
Your profile:
Advanced university degree in social sciences, demography, development planning, statistics or a related technical field.
Five years of progressively responsible professional work experience at national and international levels in programme monitoring and evaluation. Practical experience in community-based research.
Strong analytical, quantitative and qualitative research skills.
Knowledge of computer management skills, including internet navigation and various office applications.
Ability to organize and implement training.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic and/or French is an asset.
